Corrugated Boxes & Paper Products — All Sales Final Due to the nature of corrugated boxes, newsprint, and paper products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. This is consistent with industry standard across all packaging suppliers.
Other Products (Bubble Wrap, Tape, Poly Mailers) Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at support@cilaura.ca to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at support@cilaura.ca within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos documenting the issue
Claims reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
In-Store Pickup For pickup orders, please inspect all items before leaving. We cannot accept damage claims after you have left the pickup location.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
